SPI_GETFONTSMOOTHINGTYPE

Used to get the font smoothing enabled for the system. pvParam returns either FE_FONTSMOOTHINGSTANDARD or FE_FONTSMOOTHINGCLEARTYPE in the UINT value. Not supported on Windows 2000.
